XSTAR88 provides entertainment booking, creator, artist, brand collaboration, contract workflow, and AI-assisted media tools. By accessing or using the website, you agree to use the platform lawfully and in line with these terms.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit, including booking briefs, profile details, company information, contract details, payment information, and uploaded media.

Some features require an account or an invitation link. You must keep account credentials confidential and promptly notify us if you believe your account or signing link has been accessed without permission.

We may restrict, suspend, or remove access when needed to protect users, artists, partners, platform security, legal compliance, or service integrity.

Booking requests, proposals, quotes, and availability shown on XSTAR88 are not final commitments until the relevant parties accept the final commercial terms and any required contract or payment steps are completed.

Artist cooperation agreements, enterprise agreements, order forms, and signed documents may include additional terms. If there is a conflict, the signed agreement for that transaction controls that transaction.

You must only upload or submit content that you have the right to use. You may not submit content that is unlawful, harmful, misleading, infringing, pornographic, violent, politically sensitive where prohibited, or otherwise incompatible with XSTAR88 policies.

AI-assisted media features are intended for lawful creative production. Outputs may require review before publication, commercial use, or distribution.

Prices, deposits, commissions, service fees, refund rules, and payment schedules are set out in the applicable booking flow, invoice, order form, or signed agreement.

You are responsible for taxes, bank fees, platform fees, and third-party charges that apply to your transaction unless stated otherwise in writing.

We aim to keep XSTAR88 reliable, but the service may be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, provider issues, security events, or circumstances outside our control.

We may update, replace, or remove features as the platform evolves.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, XSTAR88 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, business, goodwill, or opportunities.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
